2. Collection/processing and use of personal data

miunske GmbH processes, i.e. collects, records, stores and uses personal data in compliance with the data protection principles of the GDPR

  • within the framework of the establishment and fulfilment of contractual obligations of the business relationship,
  • due to a legitimate interest,
  • to comply with statutory obligations or
  • if consent has been granted to the processing.

We process the data which you make available to us within the framework of our business relationship and which is necessary for the object of the business or mandatory due to legal requirements. This includes, in particular,

  • master data such as an address,
  • contact data of the contacts, especially the title, name, business address, telephone number and e-mail address.

Affected groups of people are:

  • suppliers,

  • employees,
  • applicants,
  • prospective customers.

3. Who receives the data?

Under no circumstances will we pass on your personal data, including your e-mail address, to third parties. Exceptions are service providers and other business parties to the extent that this is necessary for the fulfilment of the intended purpose and it is permitted by a legal regulation or the data subject has consented to this.

A data transfer to entities in states outside the European Union (so-called third countries) will only take place if this is necessary for the fulfilment of contracts, if it is prescribed by the law or if you have granted your consent to this.

For security reasons and to protect the transfer of confidential contents, for example the enquiries that you send to us as the website operator, our website uses an SSL encryption. Through a number of technical and organisational measures, we protect data that is stored online and at our company against loss, destruction, unauthorised access, modifications or publication by unauthorised persons.

4. Newsletter and information

On our website, you have the option of subscribing to the newsletter and registering to receive information media and software.

If you subscribe to miunske’s newsletter, for which personal data is necessary, you will receive a conformation e-mail to the e-mail address provided by you. Your subscription is only complete after you have confirmed it by clicking on the link in the e-mail.

5. Analysis tools

Google Analytics

Google Ads

These cookies lose their validity after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If the user visits certain pages of our website and the cookie has not yet expired, we and Google can see that the user has clicked on the advertisement had has been forwarded to this page.
